Initial Consultation - Expectations and contract

Second trimester appointments
Month 4 - Discussing care plan for the coming trimester. Understanding your options and rights in pregnancy and birth.
Month 5 - Birth plan, meditation and breathwork session
Month 6 - Labour and birth physiology, meditation and breathwork.
Third trimester
Month 7 - Third trimester care plan session.
Month 8 - Biomechanics and rebozo
Month 9 - Weekly sessions discussing;
Revisit the birth plan
Postpartum preparation
Each month of pregnancy from month 4 - 8 the client will receive one massage until month 9 when there will be weekly massage until the birth.
Birth Support
On call from 37 weeks
On hand at the birth to support as discussed with the client during the birth plan sessions.
Birth pool hire can be included during the on call period.
Postpartum
12 x 2hr support sessions over the first 6 weeks which can include;
Birth debrief session
Newborn care,
Introduction to baby massage
Feeding support session
6 week meal support
Additional sessions
6 x Nabhi Abhyangha with clay mask, herbal bath and belly binding.
After the first 42 days, the initial package will be complete. Ongoing care from then on until 2 years postpartum will be discounted at an exclusive client rate. This discount will be redeemable against massage therapy sessions, group sessions and online products.
(The discount will not be taken off bookings for consecutive pregnancy packages, and can only be redeemed against treatment caring for ailments from the package in which you have already paid for.)
I will be available for whatsapp support for the duration of the clients care with me. Before my on-call period, whatsapp messages will be responded to at my first convenience as I will be working around other clients. During my on-call period I will try to respond as soon as I receive the message.
